This website is operated by ColoristaCo. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ColoristaCo. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or have permission to use this site. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order.
ColoristaCo offers a mix of made-to-order and ready-to-ship items.
Made-to-order items (such as custom apparel) are created specifically for you after purchase. Ready-to-ship items are pre-made and available in limited quantities.
We do our best to display product colors and designs accurately, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.
We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue products at any time without notice.
Placing an order means you agree to purchase the selected item(s). Orders are not considered accepted until payment is received.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. We may not be able to make changes once production has started.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Customers are responsible for entering correct customization details (names, numbers, spelling, etc.).
ColoristaCo is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer. Please double-check all information before placing your order.
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information for all purchases.
Processing times vary depending on item type and availability.
Made-to-order items are typically processed within 1–5 business days
(Most orders are started within 1–3 days. Once materials arrive, items are completed and shipped within 24 hours.)
Custom orders may require an additional 1–2 business days depending on design complexity and order details.
Ready-to-ship items typically processed within 1–3 business days
Orders are shipped using standard shipping unless otherwise selected at checkout. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
ColoristaCo is not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been shipped.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Local pickup is available in the West Wichita, Kansas area.
You will be notified when your order is ready. Orders should be picked up within a reasonable timeframe after notification.
All sales are final. Due to the nature of made-to-order and custom items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
All designs, graphics, logos, images, and content created by ColoristaCo are the intellectual property of ColoristaCo and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
These designs may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, resold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Purchasing a product from ColoristaCo does not grant any rights to reproduce or use the design for business, resale, or branding purposes.
Any unauthorized use of ColoristaCo designs may result in legal action. We actively protect our brand and creative work.
ColoristaCo is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our products or services.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site means you accept those changes.
