Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with ColoristaCo. Because many of our items are custom-made or made to order, please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale.

This includes products with:

Custom names, dates, wording, or photos
Special color requests
Custom business branding or logos
Made-to-order apparel or event items

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for customer errors such as incorrect sizing, spelling, or details submitted at checkout.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Order number
Description of issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we may offer one of the following:

Replacement item
Store credit
Partial or full refund

3. Non-Custom Items

Non-custom ready-to-ship items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if:

Unused
Unwashed
In original condition

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.

4. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not started.

Once materials are ordered, design work has begun, or production starts, cancellations are no longer guaranteed.

5. Shipping Issues

Once an order has shipped, ColoristaCo is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping provider.

Please verify your shipping address before placing an order.

6. Digital Products & Design Services

All digital products, custom graphics, logos, branding, flyers, and design services are non-refundable once work has started or files have been delivered.
