Welcome to ColoristaCo. By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our site or placing an order.

1. General Information

ColoristaCo provides custom apparel, accessories, gifts, digital products, branding services, and event-based creative services. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time.

2. Products & Services

Many ColoristaCo items are custom-made or made to order. Because of this:

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, printing methods, or product materials.
  • Placement, sizing, and minor design differences may occur.
  • We reserve the right to substitute similar materials or blanks when necessary due to supply availability.

3. Custom Orders

For personalized or custom products:

  • Customers are responsible for submitting correct spelling, names, sizes, colors, and design details.
  • Once production begins, changes may not be possible.
  • Mockups are for visual reference and may not reflect exact final sizing or placement.

ColoristaCo is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

4. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, holidays, custom requests, or shipping delays.

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD.

Payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. For bulk or event orders, deposits may be required.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

6. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of many products:

  • Custom/personalized items are non-refundable unless the error was made by ColoristaCo.
  • Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
  • Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 3 days of delivery with photos.

Refund decisions are made at our discretion.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Once an order is shipped, ColoristaCo is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping provider.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before ordering.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, graphics, product names, website content, and branding created by ColoristaCo remain the property of ColoristaCo unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers may not reproduce, resell, copy, or distribute designs without permission.

9. Digital Design Services

For logos, branding, flyers, business cards, and digital design services:

  • Initial concepts and revisions are outlined per project.
  • Final files are delivered after full payment.
  • No refunds once work has started or concepts have been delivered.

10. Event Services

For live customization bars, pop-up experiences, or event bookings:

  • Deposits may be required to reserve dates.
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless canceled by ColoristaCo.
  • Final balances may be due before the event date.

11. Limitation of Liability

ColoristaCo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
