Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

ALL SALES FINAL

All items are made to order or limited quantity. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

CUSTOM ORDERS

All custom items are final sale. Customers are responsible for providing correct customization details (names, numbers, spelling, etc.).

ColoristaCo is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • Item must be unused
  • You must provide photos of the issue

If approved, we will remake and resend your item at no additional cost.

ORDER CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have already started and changes are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING ISSUES

Once your order has been shipped, ColoristaCo is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier
  • Lost or stolen packages

If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
