Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME

All items are either made to order or ready to ship.

Made-to-order items: typically processed within 1–5 business days
(Most orders begin within 1–3 days and are completed within 24 hours after materials arrive.)

Custom orders: may require an additional 1–2 business days depending on design details.

Ready-to-ship items: typically processed within 1–3 business days

Orders are shipped after processing is complete.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping times depend on the carrier and location.

Most orders are shipped via standard shipping and typically arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment.

Please note: shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Orders ship twice weekly (Monday & Thursday). Some orders may ship sooner depending on availability.

DELAYS

ColoristaCo is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once your package has been shipped, ColoristaCo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

ColoristaCo is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is available in the Wichita, Kansas area.

You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
